At 11 Months, we can walk you through the process and help you with your warranty list ensuring your items are collected to present to your builder.  This is also an option for a second opinion if your initial report was complete by someone else. 

Closing on a home can be stressful and distracting.  If you would like help in walking the space prior to closing this service is for you. We will document the walk and utilize our expertise to ensure you get as much fixed prior to signing your name and closing on your home. 

Moving into the state or traveling for work, sometimes you are not able to visit and see the progress of your home. Don't Worry! We will make that visit for you and will provide you photos and our expert opinion on the progress to date.  Video calls possible upon request. 

For your peace of mind:  Schedule your Home Inspection and rest easy we will remind you and include a follow-up inspection for your 1 year warranty.  Call us if another service appeals to you more!!

Perfect for a New Build with some time before closing. We will provide 4 Quality Assurance inspections while you wait for your home to close. Then we will provide you with a Comprehensive Gold Standard Inspection prior to your closing.
